Do you have a signature dish?
Lately, I am obsessing over NYT Cooking on YouTube. Their videos make cooking look easy and fun. Famous chef, Alison Roman is a hoot to watch. Her infamous Chickpea Soup nicknamed ‘the stew‘ is on my list of things to cook.
Arroz con salchicha (rice with vienna sausage) used to be a staple in my household before we were carb conscious. We grill meat on the BBQ grill often but I miss cooking on the stovetop. Or making magic in my instant pot. And looking for easy recipes with a punch in flavor.
P.S. Since discovering NYT, I am determined to make Alison’s Shallot Pasta and ‘the cookies‘ that broke the internet. Have you made then yourself?
